5 Things You Will Love about Tutto Gusto
Halfway around the World Showcase lagoon, and tucked into the Italy pavilion, is the little Tutto Gusto lounge. The new lounge took over the old lobby for Tutto Italia when that restaurant was refurbished. For some reason, Tutto Gusto hasn’t received the popularity and cult following that La Cava del Tequila has over in the Mexico pavilion. That’s crazy because there’s so much to love about Tutto Gusto! Here are five reasons to add Tutto Gusto to your vacation itinerary.
5. Cozy Atmosphere
Similar to Le Cellier over in the Canada pavilion, Tutto Gusto is themed like a wine cellar. Luckily, unlike Le Cellier, Tutto Gusto doesn’t have the high price points or the need for Advanced Dining Reservations. Guests are greeted with vaulted ceilings, rough stone and brick walls, dark woods, comfy couches and low tables. Everything invites guests to linger a little longer. The theming is on par with the rest of the Italy pavilion. Whether you want to escape from summer heat or winter chill, the stone walls will be there to welcome you inside.
4. Menu Variety
Its labeling as a lounge may give guests the impression that Tutto Gusto is just a bar. But it actually has a pretty substantial menu of small plates and desserts. The menu features Gusto plates– small plates designed for two or more to share. Three of these plates are inspired by regions in Italy; La Serenissima, La’Alpina, and La Siciliana, the other two are designed around a type of food, either meat or vegetable. There’s also pasta, paninis and desserts. Tutto Gusto offers an authentic, rustic, light meal that will fill you up without weighing you down. If nothing on the Tutto Gusto menu appeals to you, or you’re hungrier than a small plate, ask your server about ordering from the Tutto Italia menu!
3. Laid Back Elegance
There’s nothing at Tutto Gusto to entice families with young kids– there’s not even a kids menu. That means Tutto Gusto is a great place for date nights, honeymoons, anniversaries, or even a group of friends. With an extensive bar menu, upscale small plates and not a character in sight, you might even forget you’re still in Walt Disney World. Since the lounge is open until Epcot closes everyday, it’s a fun place to visit during evening Extra Magic Hours. Stop in for a night cap right after Illuminations, and when you’re done, you’ll be greeted by an almost empty park!

2. Bar List
The bar menu at Tutto Gusto is nothing to scoff at. One look at the huge, bottle adorned back wall give you an idea of the immensity. The wine cellar theming obviously points to a long Italian wine list. Guests can choose a glass or a bottle of white, red, or sweet wines. If you’re not a wine lover, there’s plenty of cocktails: from cosmopolitans, to espresso martinis, and bellinis to sangria. Then there’s champagne and Italian craft beers. With so many choices, you’ll be tempted to try them all! But remember to drink responsibly and not do anything stupid that will get you removed from the park (*cough cough climb the Mexico pavilion pyramid, cough*).
1. Spontaneity
Tutto Gusto’s status as a lounge means that guests do not need to have an Advanced Dining Reservation to eat there (reservations are basically a necessity at most of the World Showcase restaurants). Plus, Tutto Gusto is much larger than La Cava del Tequila, and if you’ve ever been deterred by the line at La Cava del Tequila, you know how important space is! Guests should have very little wait for a table on most days. The short wait makes Tutto Gusto an ideal spot for a quick bite or a little rest from the crowds, with the added advantage of table service! Since the Italy pavilion does not have a counter service restaurant, this is the only option for a quick meal in the pavilion.
Tutto Gusto does not participate in the Disney Dining Plan, nor does it accept Tables in Wonderland.
