La Cava del Tequila offers one of Walt Disney World’s most unique bar experiences. This tequila bar is tucked away in the Mexico Pavilion, and it’s a hidden gem that we’re excited to share with you!

Guests will find La Cava del Tequila inside the pyramid in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion within World Showcase. After you enter the pyramid and pass through the entrance gallery, keep to the right for this bar. There is often a line and a Disney Cast Member that will help you find this dining location.

Quick Service or Table Service?

La Cava del Tequila is classified as a Lounge dining location. This means that while it offers Table Service style seating, no advanced dining reservations are accepted. Be aware that since the lounge does not accept reservations, long lines can form during peak dining hours at this restaurant. Guests will also find San Angel Inn Restaurant and the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros attraction within the pyramid.

Atmosphere

This bar is hidden in the Mexico Pavilion, giving it a mysterious ambiance at first, but once inside, Guests can enjoy a lively atmosphere. Talented bartenders create unique drinks with bold flavors and entertaining presentations.

Menu Options

Chips, Guacamole, Salsa

The menu at La Cava del Tequila features specialty drinks as well as signature tequila. Specialty drinks include The Wild One, which combines Teremana blanco tequila, mango-passion fruit purée, Ancho Verde chile liqueur, lime juice, applejack, and ginger cordial, finished with a black ant salt rim, as well as the Dragones Top Shelf featuring Casa Dragones Blanco tequila, La Favorite orange liqueur, agave nectar, and freshly squeezed lime juice. Another favorite is the Blood Orange Margarita made with Ambhar blanco tequila, orange liqueur, a sweet-tart mix of blood orange, a hint of rum and vanilla, and a Tajín chile-lime powder rim. Dining Tips

Though this restaurant is tucked away, it is very popular due to its high-quality cocktails. We would recommend that you visit closer to the dining location’s opening at 11:00 a.m. to avoid longer wait times.
