Golden Oak is a prestigious neighborhood located on Disney property.Ā  The perks that come with being a resident are equally prestigious. Each resident receives a Platinum Annual Pass which allows them unlimited access to both Walt DisneyWorld and Disneyland. This Pass is only available for Golden Oak and Club 33 members and is no longer available for purchase by the general public. Members also receive access to the private Summerhouse Club, five resort pools, VIP theme park transportation, events, Extra Magic Hours, and more.

If you want to call this villa home though, you’ll need deep pockets. The home isĀ  currently asking $19 million ($74,822 a month after a hefty $3.8-million down payment). Additionally, a Golden Oak Club membership is required and costs an additional $19,000. It is being sold by Hilda Maria Bacardi, an heir to the Bacardi liquor company.

Jill Bivins has been visiting Disney Parks since she was 2 years old and loves sharing her Disney adventures with the world. She likes to say Disney is in her blood and writing is in her bones ā€” so any time she has the opportunity to combine these loves she is one happy camper! She has a deep abiding love for Epcot and as a die hard Star Wars fan has a serious love for Hollywood Studios as well. When she isn't exploring or writing about Disney Parks, Jill is homeschooling her 8 year old son, playing with her brand new baby son, or pretending to be a farmer on her family homestead (despite being unable to keep even a cactus alive).
