18 Things We Would Do With Unlimited Access to Walt Disney World

This would be a dream come true. Anyone else? Imagine that you had unlimited access to Walt Disney World. You could go anywhere and do anything. The possibilities are endless. What would you do with that amazing freedom? Here are just some things we’d do:

1. Sleep in Cinderella Castle

We always dreamed of being the “Family of the Day,” in Magic Kingdom when they would randomly select a family to spend the night in Cinderella Castle. Never happened for us. So if we had all access, we are so there! Can you imagine that nighttime view out your bedroom window of Main Street, USA? Amazing!

2. Explore the Savanna

Now this one we’d need to do very safely, but imagining in this world that wild animals won’t kill us, we’d love to explore the Animal Kingdom Kilimanjaro Safari savanna. There are so many animals to meet and play with! We would totally go swimming with the elephants and roar with the lions!

3. Hang Out with the Otters

Speaking of animals, otters are our favorite. So we’d 100% hang out in the otter pen at Animal Kingdom. They’re so adorable and playful. And did you know that they make really cute noises when they’re happy? Oh yeah, we’d so be swimming in that tank with them.

4. Go Swimming with the Dolphins

Speaking of swimming: it’s been a lifelong dream of ours to go swimming with the dolphins in The Seas Pavilion in Epcot. We’d love to swim with the other animals in the adjacent tank but, you know, sharks and stuff… The dolphins always seem so happy and ready to play!

5. Explore Every Ride with the Lights On

For hardcore Disney fans, it’s almost a cult phenomenon to catch the rides with the lights on. It’s totally bizarre and takes you out of the magic immediately, so we wouldn’t want it all the time, but we’re so curious! With the lights on, we’d stop the ride and get out to explore all the nooks and crannies!

6. Constantly Be Eating a Mickey Bar

Never-ending Mickey Bars? Um, yes, please! With unlimited access to WDW, we would always have a Mickey Bar in hand. It wouldn’t matter what time of day it was. And if one ear inevitably fell on the ground in the Florida heat, we could just grab another one. That’s the dream.

7. Dine at Every Restaurant

Does unlimited access include unlimited dining? We’re going with yes. We would totally try a different restaurant every day. There are so many dining options in WDW and Disney Springs and they’re all amazing. Since we probably won’t get to experience all of them in real life, we would in our dreams.

8. Fly Down the Tinkerbell Zipline

Come on, don’t lie: you’ve always wanted to do this too! Since we were kids we were always amazed at the part of the Magic Kingdom fireworks show when Tinkerbell flies from the Castle into the park on a zipline. Assuming we wouldn’t die or get seriously injured in the process, we’d absolutely try this out!

9. Swing on the Tangled Float Like Flynn

We’ve always wanted to be in a Disney parade. And ever since the Festival of Fantasy Parade debuted at Magic Kingdom, we’ve specifically wanted to play Flynn Rider and swing on the Tangled float. It just looks so fun! Of course he’s safely holding on to the float, so he just gets to enjoy the parade from that cool vantage point!

10. Sleep in a Different Resort Each Night

We love the WDW resorts. And it’s always bummed us out that we can’t enjoy and experience all of them. But we can with unlimited access! Imagine being able to stay anywhere you wanted on property, whenever you wanted. We’d just go down the list and then choose our favorites after!

11. Hop on a Cruise Line Bus

Have you ever experienced the intense jealousy of walking out of a park and seeing people get on a Cruise Line bus? DCL offers cruises where one of the stops is a day in a Disney park. If we had unlimited access, you better believe we’d end our park day by hopping on a Disney Cruise and sailing away into the sunset!

12. Go On a Shopping Spree

We’re pretending that we have unlimited money in this scenario. In which case, we would so go on a shopping spree! We’d shop down Main Street U.S.A. like it was nobody’s business! Emporium, here we come! Don’t forget all the incredible shopping opportunities at the resorts. The possibilities here are endless…

13. Run Through the Underground Tunnels

We have always wanted to see the underground tunnel system in Magic Kingdom. We know that there are special tours to see the area, but we want full access. Imagine being able to just run freely miles below the park! It’d be so cool to go underneath Main Street and come back up in Frontierland!

14. Explore Backstage

Much like the underground, we’d just want to see all backstage areas at all parks. We want to see the backstage parts of Star Wars Land and Pandora. And all of the animal facilities in Animal Kingdom. And the thousands of costumes and set pieces in storage. Just think of all the stories those backstage things could tell!

15. Drive a Monorail

Let’s just pretend we know how to drive a Monorail. If we did, we’d love to take one of these bad boys out for a spin (just not Lime…)! We remember back when you could sit up front with the drivers and we always loved that! But it’d be even better to experience driving high in the sky and seeing everything from a Monorail view!

16. Ride a Segway Around the Parks

For busy park days, it would be so awesome to be able to zip around crowds on a Segway. Imagine how quickly you could get from Future World to World Showcase if you could just glide over there. This would seriously cut down on feet aching and swelling in that Florida heat. Plus it’d just be really fun!

17. Sing and Dance On Stage with Mickey and Friends

While we would not want to be a masked character (wow it must be so hot), we’d love to hang out with Mickey and his pals! We would 100% sing and dance on the Cinderella Castle stage for showtime. It would be so fun to play around with all of our favorite Disney characters!

18. Spend the Nights Alone in the Empty Parks

And finally, if we had unlimited access to Walt Disney World, we would spend the nights alone in the empty parks. There’s a certain magic to Disney once the sun goes down. And there’s another kind of magic to being alone there. Put them together and you have an out of this world experience. During these nights we would simply walk around the parks and soak everything in. We’d learn what the Parks feel like when they’re quiet and still. Plus we’d get some awesome photos!

What would you do with unlimited access to Walt Disney World?
