While Disney quietly rolled out the update without a big announcement, guests have already started to notice the difference. The new layout and renamed features mean the app won’t look (or function) quite the same as it did during your last visit.
A Whole New Way to View Your Plans
Disney has officially introduced something called “My Plans,” replacing the old “My Day” section of the app. Previously, if you wanted to see your current day’s schedule, you’d check “My Day.” If you wanted to see future park reservations or dining bookings, you’d have to click somewhere else entirely.
Now, everything is in one spot. “My Plans” combines all of your park days, Lightning Lane selections, and dining reservations into one streamlined view. If you don’t have anything booked for today, the app will automatically show you your next upcoming plans instead of sitting blank.
This might seem like a small detail, but it’s going to make planning a trip a lot smoother. Instead of toggling between pages, guests can easily scroll through their entire vacation schedule in one place.
Tip Board Gets a New Name
The Tip Board is another part of the app that’s gotten a makeover. It’s now called “Wait Times & Showtimes,” which separates it from the new “My Plans” page entirely.
Previously, the Tip Board and My Day sections were linked with quick tabs. Now, the two are fully separate. This could make the app cleaner and more organized, but longtime Disney-goers may need a moment to adjust to the new navigation.

This update is just the latest example of how Disney is trying to make the app more central to the vacation experience. From mobile ordering and hotel check-in to Lightning Lane purchases, the app has become an essential tool for parkgoers.
