Val Kilmer, the beloved actor known for his iconic roles in Top Gun and Batman Forever, has passed away at the age of 65. His daughter Mercedes confirmed his death to The New York Times.

The Top Gun franchise paid tribute to Kilmer’s legacy with a tweet remembering “Iceman,” stating, “Remembering Val Kilmer, whose indelible cinematic mark spanned genres and generations.”
