An incident at Universal Orlando Resort has resurfaced after a video of the aftermath hit social media.
Florida’s theme parks are some of the most popular on the planet, so it stands to reason that not all guests are on their best behavior.

Arrest reports are relatively commonplace at both Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort. The latter has seen guests apprehended for everything from harassing bartenders at Universal CityWalk to acting inappropriately while inebriated at Islands of Adventure.
In March, one guest was arrested at Universal’s water park on suspicion of battery, with the aftermath of the incident caught on camera.
Recent Incident Caught on Camera at Volcano Bay
During an Orlando Police Department investigation into the reported assault, a woman defecated while officers were present at the water park.
In bodycam footage shared by Sunbelt Safety (via Orlando Theme Park Zone), the woman can be heard saying, āI just s**t a turd out,ā while wearing a swimsuit in a corridor. An officer responds that she can āwipe [her] butt later.ā
The incident occurred on March 27, 2025, when officers were dispatched following reports of a battery at the park. Volcano Bay is home to attractions including Krakatau Aqua Coaster, Ko’okiri Body Plunge, Ika Moana, Honu, and Maku.
The woman was accompanied by a male guest and accused of throwing rocks at someone. She insisted she had not done anything wrong.
At one point, she told officers she could not sit down because she had āa turd that’s sitting in [her] underwear.ā She later stated that she was a student from Michigan.

She then bent over toward officers, claiming she had been denied access to a restroom and stating, āI really wanted to go and I was denied to go to the restroom.ā
The woman was charged with aggravated battery and held at the Orange County Jail for four months, with bond set at $2,000.
She was later released after pleading not guilty. The case was ultimately dropped, with a judge ruling the matter unsuitable for prosecution.

Disney Dining covered the arrest shortly after it occurred. Orlando Police Department records show officers responded after park employee Andrew Carson reported hearing someone shout āhey!ā before being struck by an airborne object.
The impact left Carson injured, though the extent of those injuries has not been publicly disclosed.
