There are many perks to being a D23 Gold Member, one of them being exclusive access to special events and experiences at Disney Parks. For many D23 members, getting to experience unique events like special film screenings and social events makes having the membership worth it.

One of the most sought-after D23 events is the ride previews they often do for new attractions. Just last week, D23 Gold Members were informed of a new Gold Member Celebration happening at Magic Kingdom Park in Walt Disney World Resort. This celebration would solely revolve around the new attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Exclusive Event Arrives at Magic Kingdom

This Gold Member event, which costs $67 per ticket, gives fans the opportunity to experience Tiana’s Bayou Adventure before the general public. The event also offers jazz performances and an exclusive D23 gift commemorating the moment.

This immersive experience is set to bring the magical world of Princess Tiana to life in a whole new way. The attention to detail and storytelling in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure looks to truly capture the essence of the beloved Disney character and her courageous spirit. Getting to celebrate this ride opening so early is something that many fans dream of.

Understandably, excitement for this event was high, and many fans rushed to purchase tickets as soon as they could this morning, May 16, at 10:a.m. PT. The queue for this celebration immediately got longer and longer as thousands of guests took their place in line.

Tiana’s Event Sells Out

Unfortunately for the 7,000 people stuck in the queue, the tickets for this special event apparently sold out just 12 minutes after they went on sale. The speedy sell-out proves just how in-demand this new attraction will be when it opens to the public.

While many are heartbroken to have missed out on access to this event, they will still be able to ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure when it opens to the public at Magic Kingdom Park on June 28. This change has been long awaited, and it is thrilling to see the ride take shape in the days leading up to the ride’s official opening.
