Disney theme parks, renowned for their enchanting ambiance and captivating attractions, have been graced by the presence of some of the wealthiest individuals in the world over the years. Despite their fortunes and finances, the magic of Disney never seems to elude them.
The presence of some of the wealthiest people in the world at Disney World and Disneyland proves that Disney Parks have a magical ability to draw in everyone. After all, if some of the world’s wealthiest people make it a point to visit the Happiest and Most Magical Places on Earth–even though they could likely afford to visit various other vacation destinations instead–then surely there’s something undeniably magical about a visit to a Disney Park.
Here are just a few of the wealthiest people on earth spotted at the Happiest and Most Magical Places on Earth.
Jeff Bezos
In July 2022, Bezos and his girlfriend were spotted at Disneyland. The Amazon CEO took a break from his undoubtedly demanding life to enjoy a day at Disneyland with his girlfriend, Lauren Sanchez.
The couple kept things simple, wearing khaki pants and a gray t-shirt (Bezos) and a pair of jeans, a white top, and sneakers (Sanchez). Nevertheless, they were joined by an entourage of five bodyguards and two Disneyland VIP tour guides.

The Blue Origin founder, who had an estimated worth of more than $177 billion in 2022, and his girlfriend also blasted off into outer space at Disneyland’s Space Mountain attraction.
Later, they were spotted competing for the highest score at the Toy Story Mania attraction and getting soaked at Grizzly River Run. They also got in on the fun by riding the Incredicoaster at PIXAR Pier, proving to onlookers that they aren’t afraid of coasters.

Bezos and Sanchez were also spotted enjoying the day at Disneyland in November 2019.
Elon Musk
Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and Space X, had an estimated net worth of $150 billion in 2022. The entrepreneur known for his ambitious ventures was seen at the Walt Disney World Resort in March 2021.
Such a sighting at a Disney Park might seem nearly unbelievable in 2024, however, as Musk has been very vocal online about his distaste for The Walt Disney Company and its leadership. Most recently, Musk used April Fools’ Day to make a jab at Disney CEO Bob Iger, claiming to have accepted a position as Disney’s new Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion officer.
In his post on X, Musk feigned excitement about helping to “make [Disney’s] content more woke.”
Bernard Arnault
Bernard Arnault, the Chairman and CEO of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, had an estimated net worth of more than $190 billion in 2022.
He was spotted at Disneyland Paris near Chessey, France, in June 2018. As the leader of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, one of the world’s best-known luxury goods companies, Arnault surely enjoys the finer things in life. Could it be that he also enjoys the more opulent and undeniably spectacular elements found at Disney’s European theme park resort?
Warren Buffett
With an estimated net worth of over $120 billion in 2022, Warren Buffett has long been known as a legendary investor who has enjoyed unparalleled success in the world of finance, namely as the leader of Berkshire Hathaway, an American multinational conglomerate that owns numerous companies.
In April 2015, at the age of 85, Buffett was spotted at the Disneyland Resort. Could it be that despite his riches, Buffett still finds joy in the simple pleasures of childhood nostalgia and the immersive storytelling found in Disneyland’s many classic attractions?
Surely it’s not that Buffett has any interest in purchasing Disney, as that would surely have made the headlines by now, right?
Mark Zuckerberg
Mark Zuckerberg, who had a net worth of approximately $100 billion in 2022, was spotted with his family in December 2016 at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.
The founder and CEO of Facebook reportedly visited the Southern California Disney Park and enjoyed making memories with his family, highlighting the cross-generational appeal of Disneyland’s various attractions, rides, and live entertainment offerings.
It makes us wonder whether Zuckerberg stayed logged in to his Facebook account during his visit–and whether he live-streamed any part of his day.
Larry Page and Sergey Brin: Google Co-founders
Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the co-founders of Google, have also been spotted enjoying all the magic Disney Parks have to offer. Page, who had an estimated net worth of more than $130 billion in 2022, was spotted at Disney World in May 2014, and Sergey Brin, who had an estimated net worth of more than $100 billion in 2022, was seen a year earlier at Disneyland California.
The sighting of these entrepreneurs at Disney Parks begs the question: As Google’s co-founders, did the two founders find themselves walking around the parks, searching for various attractions, dining locations, and live entertainment with the help of Google (since the Disney Parks apps had not been released just yet), or did they simply wing it?
Wealthy Guests at Disney Parks: What Does It Mean?
Seeing some of the wealthiest people on earth enjoying Disney’s theme parks makes them seem all the more human and serves to offer onlookers a glimpse at the crossroads of wonder and wealth.
Despite their staggering fortunes and ever-expanding empires, these individuals seem to be lured by the magic to find solace, joy, and inspiration at Disney theme parks as they take in wonder around them, highlighted by Disney’s immersive storytelling, entertainment, and timeless appeal.
Who knows? Perhaps these people choose to take in a day at Disney from time to time, simply to help them remember the carefree days of childhood.
