It’s something we’ve waited for for a very long time, and it has finally happened. As of this week, every single Walt Disney World Resort Hotel is open for bookings to Guests staying at the central Florida Parks for the first time since the pandemic resulted in an almost four-month closure of the Walt Disney World Resort from March 2020 to July 2020.
When Disney World reopened in mid-July 2020, only a few of its resort hotels had reopened their doors along with the four theme parks. Since that time, the Resort Hotels have opened as part of the Walt Disney World Resort’s phased reopening, but never have all the Disney Resort Hotels been open simultaneously since before the pandemic began.
This week, Disney World announced the reopening of one of its Value Resorts, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, located in the Disney’s Animal Kingdom area of the Disney World property. The All-Star Sports Resort reopened yesterday, meaning that every single one of Disney World’s Resort Hotels is open for the first time since March 2020.
