Starting July 3, guests attending Oogie Boogie Bash—A Disney Halloween Party can snag a seat at this limited-time event, which offers Halloween treats, comfy seating, and a prime view of the Frightfully Fun Parade.
This is not your average dessert party. The Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party is an upgraded experience offered during the separately ticketed Halloween party at Disney California Adventure Park. It’s a chance to slow down, dig into some delicious themed snacks, and enjoy the parade from a reserved viewing area—no staking out a curbside spot required.

When and Where?
The dessert party runs on every night of Oogie Boogie Bash, which takes place on select dates from August 17 through October 31, 2025. Exact dates include most Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings throughout the fall.
Each reservation time is tied to the dessert party itself, not the parade start time. The Frightfully Fun Parade usually begins about 45 minutes after your party time, so plan accordingly! There are typically two parades per night, so guests will be assigned to the one that lines up with their reservation.
Viewing areas are scattered in two or three different locations, and Cast Members will be available to help direct you to the correct spot. Mobile check-in is available via the Disneyland app starting one hour before your reservation time, and you’ll get a text when it’s time to head to your seat.
