A Spooky Christmas Treat!
It has been revealed that the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, will return from November 10 through January 7, 2024. One of the most creative things that Disneyland does every holiday season is offer special overlays to some of the Resort’s most popular attractions. This year, Disneyland is offering “it’s a small world” Holiday and Haunted Mansion Holiday at Disneyland Park. Over at Disney California Adventure, Guests can enjoy Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl and Mater’s Jingle Jamboree.
Haunted Mansion Holiday is a popular overlay that has become a favorite amongst fans over the years. During the Fall and Winter, this attraction is taken over by Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas. This spooky and festive layover is always a big hit with Guests.
A New Look for an Old Favorite
This year, Disney has something new in store for Haunted Mansion Holiday. In the announcement made by Disney Parks Blog earlier today, fans learned that this year’s layover will come “complete with a new, hauntingly delightful gingerbread house.”

Fans were immediately thrilled to hear this news, even if they weren’t 100% sure what Disney meant. Will the Haunted Mansion be turned into a Ginger Bread house? Or is that going to be a new addition outside the attraction?
Whichever it may be, this is certainly a new and exciting development for this year’s Holiday season at Disneyland Resort.
