Criminal Creates Disgusting Child Abuse Photos of Disney Star

WARNING: The following article mentions and/or discusses topics that may be distressing for certain audiences. Reader discretion is advised.

If there is one thing that Disney has always been good at, it is creating family-friendly entertainment. From its iconic movies like The Little Mermaid (1989), Mary Poppins (1964), and Lilo & Stitch (2002) to shows like Super Kitties, That’s So Raven, The Proud Family, and more. Disney has always known how to get the family to gather around the television and enjoy spending some quality time together while watching a really fun movie or television show.

In 2019, a brand-new show launched on The Disney Channel called Just Roll With ItJust Roll With It starred Suzie Barrett as Rachel Bennett, Tobie Windham as Byron Blatt, Ramon Reed as Owen Blatt, and Kaylin Hayman as Blair Bennett, a blended family struggling to figure out how to live together.

However, Just Roll With It was not your typical family comedy. While there would be a storyline that the actors would create, during the show, a foghorn would sound. When that happened, the actors broke character and spoke to the live studio audience, who would throw out suggestions of what should happen next. It was the perfectly funny blend of a scripted show and an improv show.

Just Roll With It ended in 2021, and since then, star Kaylin Hayman — who was just 12 years old when she starred on The Disney Channel show — decided to leave the acting life and live the life of a normal teenager. She loves to spend her time watching baseball, riding roller coasters, and roller skating.

Unfortunately, that life was thrown into absolute chaos when the FBI knocked on her door and shared information that changed everything.

The now 15-year-old spoke to Sky News about the day she never thought would come and completely changed the way she viewed the world.

According to Kaylin, she returned home from school one day to find an FBI investigator waiting for her. When she sat down to speak with him, he informed her that a known criminal had used her image and artificially created fake images. However, these were not any normal images. The criminal had superimposed her face onto an adult body and showed the teenager performing sexual acts.

“I broke down in tears when I heard,” Kaylin says. “It feels like such an invasion of my privacy. It doesn’t feel real that someone I don’t know could see me in such a manner.”

“My innocence was just stripped away from me in that moment,” she adds. “In those images, I was a 12-year-old girl and so it was heartbreaking, to say the least. I felt so lonely because I didn’t know this was actually a crime that was going on in the world.”

However, Kaylin did not let what the criminal did destroy who she was as a person. Instead, she began to research, and in her research, she discovered that laws against crimes like the ones committed against her were few and far between. She decided that needed to change and reached out to state lawmakers.

Kaylin’s hard work paid off, and on June 18, she spoke at the California State Capitol in support of Assembly Bill 1831. The bill would make photos, like the one created of Kaylin, illegal.

Kaylin Hayman, 16, from Ventura County testified in Sacramento today in support of Assembly Bill 1831. The bill will close loopholes in state law by outlawing AI-generated Child Sexual Abuse Material.

Today, with Kaylin’s powerful story about being a victim of morphed child pornography, the California Senate Public Safety Committee PASSED AB1831, 5-0.

One step closer to becoming law!

Kaylin was joined in Sacramento by Deputy District Attorney Rikole Kelly. AB1831 is authored by Assemblymember Marc Berman and co-authored by Senator Aisha Wahab. The bill is co-sponsored by Ventura County District Attorney Erik Nasarenko, @sagaftra, @commonsenseorg, @cal_daa, and others.

Sadly, as artificial intelligence becomes more widely used, cases like Kaylin’s are not as uncommon as we might hope. And they are creating a big problem for police officers and FBI agents. Sometimes it can be incredibly difficult to tell the difference between an AI-generated image and one depicting actual abuse. That can make it even tougher for real victims to be identified.

According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, there were 4,700 reports of AI-generated images and videos that depicted child sexual abuse. And even more cases are expected to be reported this year.

We commend Kaylin for her strength and hard work and hope these criminals are put in jail where they belong.
