Guests can now give Cast Compliments via the Disneyland app

Have you ever visited a Disney Park and had such a wonderfully magical interaction with a Cast Member, that you wanted to make it a point to recognize him or her with a compliment or a story about how he or she made your Disney Parks trip amazing?

Disney Parks around the globe offer Guests the ability to extend a “Cast Compliment” to Cast Members who go above and beyond, and now, Guests visiting the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California, can extend a Cast Compliment via the Disneyland app.

Per Disney Parks Blog, the Disneyland app offers a convenient, digital way for Disneyland Resort guests to show their gratitude to the Cast Members that are the heart of the Resort. To access the mobile cast compliment feature, search “cast compliment” in the Disneyland app.

Extending a compliment to a Cast Member at Disneyland Resort couldn’t be any easier. Here’s how to do exactly that in just five easy steps:

• Open the Disneyland app (or log in)
• Click on the menu in the bottom right corner of the app screen.
• Scroll down and click on the link that reads, “Cast Compliment.”
• Fill out the form on the Cast Compliment page.
• Then just click “Submit.” It’s that easy!

Guests at Disney Parks are encouraged to recognize Cast Members who have gone out of their way to make Guests’ Disney Parks experience as magical as possible. Maybe it was a Cast Member who gifted a Magical Moment to your family. Maybe a Cast Member took the necessary steps to help you locate a missing stroller. Maybe it was a Cast Member who simply showed kindness to your during a stressful moment during your trip to Disney California Adventure.

Cast Compliments are always a great idea, especially when a Cast Member helped to turn a stressful situation into a magical experience. And now, thanks to the Disneyland app, it’s easier than ever to give a Cast Member a compliment!
