Walt Disney World is often hailed as the Most Magical Place on Earth, but it could probably take credit for being the most crowded place on Earth, too.

‘It’s no secret that Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT can start to resemble sardine tins when the crowds emerge. Although Magic Kingdom is the most popular Disney Park, Guests are saying the massive crowds are most noticeable while visiting Hollywood Studios.

Looking at a Hollywood Studios map, you may notice that nearly every attraction is on someone’s ‘must-ride’ list. The Disney Park is full of immersive dark rides and exciting thrill rides, leaving very few ‘pass’ rides.

In other Walt Disney World Parks, there’s a healthy mix between ‘must-ride’ attractions and experiences most Guests feel comfortable missing, such as Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland Transit Authority Peoplemover, Mad Tea Party, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant attractions.

These are examples of high-capacity attractions that create more room in the Disney Park, making it easier for a crowd to spread out. In short, these attractions are known as the ‘People Eaters.’
