First Trailer for Final Entry in ‘Jurassic World’ Series Arrives

Jurassic World’s popularity shows no signs of slowing, with Rebirth earning more than $850 million worldwide this summer, keeping dinosaurs front and center in pop culture. But the franchise doesn’t just live on in theaters — Netflix’s animated shows have allowed fans to explore stories beyond the films.

Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous first introduced the younger group of characters, trapped on Isla Nublar during the events of Jurassic World (2015): Darius, Kenji, Sammy, Brooklynn, Ben, and Yaz. After five seasons, Chaos Theory picked up with older versions of the Nublar Six. Now, the fourth and final season of Chaos Theory promises to deliver high-stakes thrills once again, as the newly released trailer teases intense dinosaur encounters and cliffhangers that overlap with Jurassic World Dominion (2022).

A major question for fans is whether Chaos Theory Season 4 will feature animated versions of legacy film characters. Previous seasons included supporting appearances from Soyona Santos, Henry Wu, Barry Sembène, and Lewis Dodgson. With Wu and Dodgson returning in the new season, speculation is high about whether figures like Owen Grady, Claire Dearing, Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, or Ian Malcolm could also appear.

Bringing these iconic characters into the animated universe for the first time would bridge the gap between the films and series, giving fans a sense of continuity and nostalgia.

Chaos Theory’s cast includes Paul-Mikél Williams as Darius Bowman, Darren Barnet as Kenji Kon, Sean Giambrone as Ben Pincus, Kausar Mohammed as Yasmina “Yaz” Fadoula, Raini Rodriguez as Sammy Gutierrez, and Kiersten Kelly as Brooklynn.

The final season drops on Netflix on November 20, giving viewers one last chance to see the Nublar Six face their greatest challenges yet.
