Walt Disney World’s EPCOT is no stranger to surprises—and now there’s a new addition roaming the walkways of World Discovery that has guests doing a double take. Meet Miss Information and Al Gorithm, the stars of a quirky new street performance from the Florida Artificial Intelligence Laboratories, better known by its playful acronym: F.A.I.L.
This interactive act, quietly launched and reported by WDW Magic, features a comedic dynamic between an animated, slightly-too-smart robot and her human lab assistant. As Miss Information tries to perform routine tasks—with unpredictable results—Al Gorithm attempts to keep things on track. The result? A spontaneous encounter that blends improvisational comedy with EPCOT’s themes.
The performance lasts approximately 15 minutes, drawing in park guests who often become part of the action. Much like other street shows, it relies heavily on audience interaction, with Miss Information’s curious errors and eccentric delivery offering a unique form of character-driven entertainment.
F.A.I.L. joins EPCOT’s rotating roster of live performers, including the recently added Max and Aydar, also known as the Amazing Masters of Variety, adding yet another layer to the park’s rich entertainment tapestry.
Though EPCOT hasn’t seen the same sweeping overhauls as other Walt Disney World parks recently, there’s no shortage of fresh experiences. The ongoing Cool Kid Summer event has reimagined CommuniCore Hall as GoofyCore, a celebration full of vibrant energy and off-the-wall fun.
At the front of the park, Phineas and Ferb have returned to greet guests, while in World Showcase, construction at the Mexico pavilion has temporarily moved Donald Duck to World Celebration. Meanwhile, EPCOT recently closed the curtain on the Forces of Nature acrobatic show, marking the end of another memorable chapter in the park’s live entertainment legacy.
As new entertainment debuts and old favorites retire, EPCOT continues to evolve—always with a few surprises in store.
