Guests Argue for Compensation After Biohazard Incident at Disneyland

A Disneyland Resort guest recently shared her horrific experience on Star Tours – The Adventures Continue. But the Disney Park guest’s upsetting memory had nothing to do with the ride itself…

Kelsey (@kelseyyams) recently visited Disneyland Resort for a friend’s birthday. Before the theme park‘s fireworks show, the group decided to get on one last ride: Star Tours – The Adventures Continue. Unfortunately, the experience took a disgusting turn, leading Kelsey to share her story on TikTok.

Star Tours operated normally, but something else went wrong right before the attraction finished.

“All of a sudden, at the end of the ride, I was like, ‘Oh my god, is that a new feature where they spray water on you?'” Kelsey recalled. “So I screamed. Turns out, it was not water; it was, in fact, throw up.”

An outdoor scene features a large, detailed replica of an AT-AT walker from Star Wars, surrounded by trees. To the left, a building displays a vibrant "Star Tours" sign with illuminated graphics, reminiscent of classic Disney rides. The sky has a deep blue hue, suggesting early evening.

One of the Disney Park guests in the row behind Kelsey got sick on the ride and vomited all over her hair and the back of her sweatshirt. The Disney Park guest and her friends missed the fireworks show because they had to clean her up in the bathroom.

“From there, we had to go to the bathroom to wash my hair and missed the fireworks,” Kelsey said. “…[I had] wet hair in a bun for the rest of the night at Disney.”

Commenters were surprised that Disney cast members didn’t give Kelsey a voucher for new clothing immediately after the incident occurred.

“Did you get the $50 voucher for new clothes?????” @joannanewsomluver333 asked. “Pls tell me you did.”

“Next time let a cast member know!!” said @okaylisag. “They’ll help you with supplies to clean up and give you a voucher to replace any soiled clothing.”
