Disneyland Paris Resort is scaling back operations at two of its Main Street, U.S.A. ice cream spots, with one location headed toward an indefinite closure by the end of September.
Reduced Hours Begin Next Week
Starting September 7, both The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour and The Ice Cream Company at Disneyland Park (Paris) will shift to weekend-only operations. The two dining locations, both situated along Main Street, U.S.A., have operated on a fuller summer schedule up through September 6, giving European Disney Park guests one final stretch to enjoy their usual hours before the cutback begins.
One Parlor Closes for Good — For Now
The reduced schedule marks the beginning of the end for The Ice Cream Company, which is set to close indefinitely on September 28 after several weeks of weekend-only service. The Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlour, meanwhile, will stay open through October, though it remains unclear whether it will continue on a weekends-only basis or return to a full weekly schedule.
News of the change came via Disneyland Paris Resort information source @PixiedustDLP on X (formerly Twitter), posted on September 1:
