Les Voyages de Pinocchio has gone quiet at Disneyland Park (Paris). The Fantasyland dark ride closed on November 2 and is scheduled to come back in less than two weeks.
Opening-Day Pinocchio (1940) Ride

The attraction opened alongside Disneyland Park (Paris) on April 12, 1992, and has been part of the park’s Fantasyland lineup ever since. It is the European version of Pinocchio’s Daring Journey, the dark ride that debuted at Disneyland Resort in California and Tokyo Disney Resort in 1983.
Sunday, November 1, was the final day to ride before the closure. As of Monday, November 2, the Fantasyland attraction is shut down for refurbishment, and Disneyland Paris Resort’s website lists Friday, November 13, 2026, as the end of the closure.
What Guests Will Notice

Visitors walking through Fantasyland will find bright blue and purple wooden walls surrounding the attraction facade. On Monday, X (formerly known as Twitter) user @DLPReport shared several photos of the blocked-off building and a shuttered kiosk nearby, writing:

What Is Likely Happening

Disneyland Paris Resort hasn’t shared details about its plans beyond confirming a refurbishment. Since the ride will be down for under two weeks, large guest-facing changes seem unlikely. General maintenance and touch-ups to the Pinocchio (1940)-inspired ride are the more probable focus.
Other Versions Still Running
The Pinocchio’s Daring Journey attractions at Disneyland Park in Anaheim and at Tokyo Disneyland remain open and operational. Neither park has announced a maintenance closure for its version of the ride, so Disney Parks fans have other places to experience the story while the Paris version is offline.

Guests visiting Disneyland Park (Paris) this month should plan around the closure and check the resort’s app or website for the latest updates before heading to Fantasyland.
