Some commenters blamed the guest’s erratic behavior on illicit substance use.
“Keep the drugs at home,” one social media user said. “They going to watch videos of who he entered with to remove them and ban them too.”
Others blamed misbehaving Disney Park guests for constantly increasing costs.
“Wonder why they keep raising the prices?!” a commenter asked.
Disney’s Guest Conduct Policies
Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort have established behavior guidelines that all theme park guests must follow during their visits. These policies create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone in the park. Among the prohibited actions are drug use, unauthorized sales of goods, and other behaviors “deemed harmful or disruptive.”
The language of these rules emphasizes that Disney parks reserve the right to prohibit any activity that could negatively impact the experience of other guests or the park’s operation. Security cast members play a pivotal role in enforcing these policies, possessing the discretion to determine if a guest’s conduct warrants ejection from the park.
Guests are advised to notify Disney cast members about troubling behavior, as these employees are trained to respond effectively to such situations. In collaboration with experienced security teams, Disney cast members employ strategies that prioritize de-escalation in conflicts.
