Disney World’s Most Overlooked Resort Dining Locations Just Got a Massive Overhaul
The Artist’s Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is not the kind of dining location that typically generates much conversation in Disney food circles. It is a quick-service restaurant at a deluxe resort that has long operated in the shadow of the Turf Club Bar and Grill, the resort’s primary table-service offering, and the extensive dining options available at Disney Springs, just a short walk or boat ride away.
This week, it got a menu overhaul significant enough to change that conversation. The timing makes this update more relevant than any previous one for this location.
Why the Timing Matters for Disney
The Turf Club Bar and Grill is undergoing a phased closure and refurbishment that started in early April and is expected to be completed by mid-September 2026. This staggered closure means that different sections, including the lounge and bar, will close at various times throughout the summer. As a result, table-service dining options in Saratoga Springs will be significantly limited during one of the busiest travel periods of the year.
With the Turf Club sidelined, The Artist’s Palette is carrying more of the resort’s dining weight than it typically does. The major menu update that just dropped makes that a meaningfully better situation for guests staying on property this summer.
The New Breakfast Menu
Several items were removed from the breakfast menu. This includes the Hole-in-One, Bears in Dirt, Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake, and Milk and Cookies Cupcake. In their place, Disney added an Everything Bagel with Smoked Salmon at $10.29, a Cannoli Cupcake at $6.99, a Pistachio-Chocolate Cream Puff at $6.49, a Cookies and Cream Cheesecake at $6.29, a Pineapple-Coconut Cheesecake at $6.29, a Toasted Marshmallow Brownie at $5.99, and a Lemon-Poppy Seed Breakfast Bread at $5.99. A Protein Pack at $7.49, a Chocolate-Hazelnut Latte at $5.79, and Surfside Iced Tea and Lemonade plus Vodka Hard Tea at $11.75 round out the breakfast additions.
The New Lunch and Dinner Menu
The Plant-based Gyro was removed from the lunch menu. It was replaced with a Plant-based Barbecue Jackfruit Sandwich at $11.99. New lunch and dinner additions include a Brisket Sandwich at $11.99, Chicken-Bacon Alfredo Pasta at $11.99, BBQ Pork Macaroni and Cheese at $13.99, and the most elevated new addition across any meal period, Herb-roasted Salmon with Garlic Gremolata at $17.99 at dinner. New sides and soups include Roasted Zucchini Squash and Tomato at $4.99, Marinated Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad at $4.59, and Potato, Bacon, and Leek Soup at $4.49.
The Mojo Pork and Baked Ziti were removed from the dinner menu.
The Disney Allergy-Friendly Detail Worth Noting
Multiple new items across lunch and dinner are available with comprehensive allergy-friendly preparations. The Brisket Sandwich, Chicken-Bacon Alfredo Pasta, and Plant-based Barbecue Jackfruit Sandwich are each offered in versions accommodating egg, fish and shellfish, milk, peanut and tree nut, sesame, and soy allergies. The allergy-friendly labeling across the new additions reflects a deliberate effort to make The Artist’s Palette accessible to guests with dietary restrictions. Unlike the previous menu, which did not consistently deliver this.
The Short Version
The most overlooked quick-service restaurant at a Disney Deluxe Resort just got significantly more interesting. The Turf Club is closed for refurbishment through mid-September. This update arrives at exactly the right moment for Saratoga Springs guests who need on-property dining options this summer.
