Disney World Unleashes Rare Hotel Price Cuts Across Fan-Favorite Resorts This Fall

Booking a Disney World hotel for a fall vacation may be a little easier on the budget for some guests this year.

Disney has rolled out two offers covering select stays this fall, giving travelers several opportunities to save on Disney Resorts Collection hotels. The larger discount reaches 25%, while qualifying Disney+ Perks members can also receive free Park Hopper benefits.

For families already looking at an onsite stay, the difference could add up over several nights.

Disney World Hotel Costs Can Add Up Quickly

Staying at a Disney World hotel comes with plenty of conveniences.

Guests remain close to the theme parks, have access to Disney transportation, and can use the benefits offered specifically to Disney Resort hotel guests. Staying onsite can also make the entire vacation feel more connected to Disney World.

Of course, that convenience comes at a price.

Once families add a hotel to the mix of park tickets, meals, transportation, souvenirs, and other vacation expenses, the overall bill can climb quickly. Disney’s latest offers give select travelers another chance to reduce one of those major costs.

Disney+ Perks Members Get the Largest Discount

The bigger offer is available to eligible Disney+ Perks members.

Guests can save up to 25% on rooms and receive free Park Hopper benefits when they purchase a qualifying four-night, four-day room-and-ticket package.

The offer applies to most nights during four periods:

  • September 25-October 8, 2026
  • October 19-31, 2026
  • November 15-28, 2026
  • December 13-24, 2026

Guests need an active Disney+ subscription and must enroll in Disney+ Perks. Anyone booking online also needs to sign in with the email address associated with the Disney+ subscription.

Deluxe Resorts Lead the Disney+ Offer

The largest savings are available across a sizable collection of Disney hotels and villas.

Guests can save up to 25% at Bay Lake Tower, Boulder Ridge Villas, The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Villas, Disney’s Beach Club Resort and Villas, Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and its villas.

The same tier includes Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.

Select rooms at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and Disney’s Old Key West Resort also qualify, along with Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.

Moderate and Value Options Are Included Too

Disney+ Perks members don’t have to choose one of the most expensive hotels to participate.

Savings reach up to 20% at Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Art of Animation Family Suites, Caribbean Beach Resort, Coronado Springs Resort, Old Key West Deluxe Studios, Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter.

Another group receives discounts of up to 15%.

That tier includes Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, Art of Animation Little Mermaid Standard Rooms, and Disney’s Pop Century Resort.

Qualifying packages at these hotels still receive the free Park Hopper benefit.

A Second Offer Opens Savings to More Guests

Disney+ Perks isn’t the only route to a cheaper hotel stay.

Disney World has another promotion offering up to 20% off select rooms.

Guests can use that discount for most Sunday through Thursday nights from October 4 through November 19, 2026. The eligible period then includes most nights, including weekends, from November 22 through December 24.

Unlike the Disney+ deal, the separate room promotion doesn’t include free Park Hopper benefits.

Savings Depend on Where Guests Stay

The largest discount under the second offer reaches 20%.

Many Deluxe Resorts and villas qualify, including Animal Kingdom Lodge and Villas, Beach Club Resort and Villas, BoardWalk Inn and Villas, Contemporary Resort, Grand Floridian Resort and Villas, Polynesian Village Resort, Riviera Resort, Saratoga Springs Resort, Wilderness Lodge, and Yacht Club Resort.

Bay Lake Tower, Boulder Ridge Villas, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, and The Cabins at Fort Wilderness also fall into this group.

Select Coronado Springs and Old Key West accommodations qualify, as does Port Orleans – Riverside.

Value Resorts Aren’t Left Out

Guests looking at less expensive hotels still have options.

The separate promotion offers savings of up to 15% at All-Star Sports, Art of Animation Family Suites, Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, Old Key West Deluxe Studios, Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and Port Orleans – French Quarter.

Savings reach up to 10% at All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, Art of Animation Little Mermaid Standard Rooms, and Pop Century.

Actual discounts depend on travel dates, room types, resorts, and availability.

Fall Travelers Have Several Options

For guests already planning an onsite Disney World vacation, these offers create more ways to reduce the hotel portion of the trip.

Disney+ Perks members can get the largest discount at up to 25% plus free Park Hopper benefits with a qualifying package. Other travelers can still find room savings reaching up to 20%.

With eligible dates extending through December 24, both offers give fall and holiday visitors another option to consider before locking in their Disney World hotel.
