Every ticket to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has now been sold, closing the book on Magic Kingdom’s marquee autumn event for 2026. As of this week, Walt Disney World’s ticketing platform shows no remaining purchasable dates, ending a sales run that stretched across nights in August, September, and October.
The last ticket standing, October 25 at $224, followed two September dates into sold-out status after a busy weekend of purchases. Thursday, September 24 ($174) and Tuesday, September 29 ($184) had been the final September nights available before they, too, sold through. With October 25 now gone, the 2026 calendar for the event is complete.
Disney’s official party page has not been formally updated to note the closure, but attempts to purchase tickets currently return no available dates. Guests still hoping to attend shouldn’t assume the door is permanently shut, however. Limited-capacity Disney events sometimes see inventory reopen when ticketholders cancel or shift their travel plans, so checking back on the ticketing page periodically may still turn up a spot, even on nights currently listed as unavailable.
A Packed Night of Entertainment
Guests who already hold tickets can look forward to a full lineup once inside. The separately admissioned event runs from 7 p.m. to midnight on select nights through October 31, and ticketholders receive early entry into Magic Kingdom beginning at 4 p.m., giving them a head start on exploring the park before the party officially kicks off.
Headlining the night is Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade, which winds its way through the park in full costume, paired with Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks display lighting up the sky above Cinderella Castle. The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular gives the stage over to some of Disney’s most iconic antagonists.
Beyond the big stage productions, the party continues to lean on its long-running staples: trick-or-treating stations spread across the park, meet-and-greets with both familiar characters and newcomers introduced for this season, and Halloween overlays applied to select attractions. With crowds thinner than during standard daytime hours, many of Magic Kingdom’s most in-demand rides also see noticeably shorter waits during the party.
Costumes are allowed for attendees of all ages during the event, a notable break from Disney’s usual park dress code, which typically limits costumes to children only during regular operating hours. That said, restrictions still apply — costumes can’t drag on the ground, full-face masks are limited to younger guests, and nothing resembling a real or prop weapon is permitted. Guests are encouraged to review the complete costume and weather guidelines before attending, since both can shape what’s allowed and how the night unfolds if rain becomes a factor.
Construction Continues Around the Party
The sellout comes as Magic Kingdom undergoes some of its most significant physical changes in years. Multiple areas have been permanently closed over the past twelve months to clear space for the upcoming Piston Peak National Park land. A Cars-themed section will merge into the existing Frontierland footprint, while a separate expansion, Villain’s Land, is set to rise on previously undeveloped space behind Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
No firm completion date has been announced for either project, but by 2031 — Walt Disney World’s 60th anniversary — much of Frontierland is expected to look entirely different. For now, construction walls and cranes remain a fixture of that corner of the park, even as attendance and demand for events like the Halloween party show no signs of slowing.
With 2026 now fully sold out, those hoping to attend a future Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are being advised to plan and purchase well ahead of time, given how quickly recent seasons have sold through.
