Disney World Is Ending a Rare Annual Pass Offer Later This Month

For Florida residents who have been thinking about becoming Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, the countdown is officially on.

Disney’s limited-time promotion that allows Florida residents to start an Annual Pass with just a $99 down payment is scheduled to end on June 24, and that deadline is beginning to catch the attention of many Disney fans. While the offer doesn’t reduce the total price of an Annual Pass, it does make the initial purchase far easier for families and frequent visitors who would rather spread out the cost over time.

The promotion has been available since February and applies to all four Walt Disney World Annual Pass tiers. Instead of paying a larger upfront amount, eligible Florida residents can begin with a $99 payment and then pay the remaining balance through monthly installments.

It’s the type of offer that can make a big difference for locals who visit the parks regularly.

Over the past year, Walt Disney World has continued to add new attractions, entertainment offerings, and passholder-exclusive perks. Annual Passholders have also gained access to special events, discounts, and limited-time experiences that aren’t always available to regular ticket holders.

That extra value has helped convince some guests to finally make the jump into the passholder program.

Of course, an Annual Pass isn’t for everyone. Guests still need to consider reservation requirements, blockout dates, and how often they realistically plan to visit. Someone taking one Disney trip a year probably won’t benefit as much as a local resident who visits multiple times each month.

Still, many Florida residents appreciate the flexibility that comes with passholder status. Instead of planning every visit months in advance, they can stop by for dinner at EPCOT, spend an evening riding attractions, or enjoy seasonal festivals without feeling pressure to maximize every minute.

With the June 24 deadline approaching, Disney fans who have been waiting to make a decision may want to take a closer look at the offer before it disappears. Once the promotion ends, there’s no guarantee Disney will introduce a similar deal anytime soon.

For now, the $99 down payment remains one of the easiest ways for Florida residents to become part of Walt Disney World’s passholder community.
