Shoppers browsing for Christmas gifts at Disney Springs may want to double-check a store’s rules before checking out. A seasonal shop at Walt Disney World Resort‘s outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment district is not offering returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.
Where the Policy Applies
The Hallmark Holiday Pop-Up opened on October 7 in the Town Center neighborhood at Dinsey Springs, in a storefront that used to house Francescas. It stocks Disney- and Hallmark-branded merchandise, including souvenirs inspired by Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True (2026), a Hallmark Channel Christmas movie filmed at Walt Disney World Resort that stars Lacey Chabert and Travis van Winkle.
Attractions Magazine reported that all sales at the shop are final. Guests buying clothing should take note, since sized pieces like the Hallmark x Disney Christmas pajamas can’t be swapped if they don’t fit.
What Shoppers Are Noticing
Visitors say the store sometimes uses a virtual queue to keep crowds manageable inside. Restocks reportedly come throughout the day rather than in a single morning batch, so a missing size may turn up on a second visit.
Some merchandise doesn’t last. A Loungefly backpack tied to Holiday Ever After: A Disney World Wish Come True sold out on opening day, which makes it wise to buy a must-have item when it’s on the shelf.
Hallmark Crown Rewards members earn ten points per dollar spent at the pop-up, though points can’t be redeemed there. Coupons earned through the rewards program are not valid at this location either.
The pop-up remains open through January 3, 2027.
