Disney Park Guests Denied Access to First Aid and Baby Care Centers Through 2027
A construction project on Main Street, U.S.A., has set off a chain reaction at Disneyland Park, displacing two of the most essential guest services on the property.
Plaza Gardens Renovation Starts a Chain Reaction

The disruption traces back to April, when Plaza Gardens Restaurant at Disneyland Paris Resort shuttered for a refurbishment expected to last through early 2027. The Victorian table-service dining location on Main Street, U.S.A., is being refreshed and updated, with the European Disney park promising to preserve “the charm of this iconic Victorian restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.” during the process.
What wasn’t immediately obvious at the time of that closure was how far the ripple effects would reach. The ongoing construction has since forced the closure of both the First Aid Center and the Baby Care Center, which were located nearby. Neither will return to its original home until the Plaza Gardens project wraps up.
First Aid Has a New Home in Discoveryland

Guests in need of medical attention at Disneyland Park can still find help — just not where they’re used to looking. First Aid has been relocated to a temporary structure past the train tracks in Discoveryland. X user @DLPReport shared photos of the new setup on the platform formerly known as Twitter:
🔧 With the Plaza Gardens closure for refurbishment, the usual First Aid location has moved beyond the train tracks in Discoveryland (where Pizza Planet used to be), in a temporary structure. Trip down memory lane..

Baby Care Center Move Affects Annual Passholders

The Baby Care Center has also been relocated, now operating out of the former Annual Passholder office near the ticket booths at the Disneyland Park entrance closest to the Disneyland Hotel. That shift carries an added consequence for the most dedicated Disney park fans, as the space had previously been used to host Annual Passholder-exclusive pop-up events. Those gatherings are effectively on hold at this location until early 2027.
@DLPReport also shared photos of the relocated Baby Care Center at Disneyland Paris Resort:
🔧 Baby Care has also moved for the same reason, to the former AP office, which means no Disneyland Pass Pop Up Surprises for a year, at least in this location.

Both temporary facilities are up and running, so Disneyland Paris Resort guests with young children or unexpected medical needs won’t be left without options. They’ll just need to factor the new locations into their theme park day.
