Disney Legend Makes History at Parks, Gets Special Gift

Disneyland Guests spotted a Disney legend spending her birthday at the Disney Parks.

Disneyland is known as “The Happiest Place on Earth” and is home to two theme parks: Disneyland Park, and Disney California Adventure Park.

Guests heading to Disney Parks can spot fan-favorite characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, Ariel, Winnie the Pooh, and many more Disney characters. Guests tend to visit Disney to celebrate special moments, such as birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, honeymoons, and many more events. Just recently, a famous Disney legend was spotted making her way through the Parks.

The original Tinker Bell was seen in Disneyland recently being escorted by none other than Peter Pan. Rick Law tweeted that Margaret Kerry was celebrating her 94th birthday at Disneyland. What an awesome gift to see her reunited with Peter Pan celebrating yet another milestone!

Tinker Bell, a spunky fairy who has become an icon of Disney’s brand of fantasy and magic, first appeared in the 1953 animated classic Peter Pan as a mischievous fairy who is jealous of Wendy and her relationship with Peter Pan.

At Disneyland, Tinker Bell has a special place in the hearts of Guests, young and old. She can often be seen flying overhead during the nightly fireworks show, spreading her magic dust and filling the air with wonder. In fact, Tinker Bell’s flight has become such a beloved tradition that many Disney Guests make sure to stay until the end of the night to catch a glimpse of her.
