Port of Entry at EPCOT is the kind of retail space that most guests walk through rather than stop in. It marks the transition between the front half of the park and the World Showcase lagoon, and for years its primary function has been a combination of merchandise browsing and checkout. That dynamic just shifted slightly in the best possible way.
A brand new Pandora charm counter is now open inside Port of Entry, emerging from behind a curtain that had been installed during its setup process over the past several weeks. For guests who noticed the construction activity in that corner of the shop and wondered what was coming, the answer is now visible and operational.
What the Counter Actually Looks Like
The new Pandora counter brings a distinctly warm aesthetic to its corner of Port of Entry. The front of the counter and the area behind it feature prominent wood tones that give the space a natural, grounded feel within the broader retail environment. A World Showcase medallion sits at the center of a checkered design on the counter, tying the installation directly to EPCOT’s identity in a detail that feels intentional rather than decorative.
The space previously functioned as a standard checkout area for the Port of Entry shop. That checkout function has been replaced by something with considerably more personality. The rest of Port of Entry continues operating as usual around the new counter.

What the Counter Sells
This is not a full Pandora store. Guests looking for the full range of Pandora merchandise will still need to visit one of the dedicated Pandora locations elsewhere in the Walt Disney World Resort. What Port of Entry now has is a charm counter, focused primarily on charms and the immediate accessories that go with them.
For Pandora collectors specifically, that format is ideal. The ability to browse and purchase charms during an EPCOT visit, right at the start of the World Showcase experience, removes a logistical step that previously required a separate trip to another location entirely. For guests who had no intention of visiting a full Pandora store during a Walt Disney World trip, a charm counter tucked into an existing retail space they were already passing through is exactly the kind of low-friction discovery that ends up on the highlight reel of the visit.
What Else Is Changing in This Area of EPCOT
The Pandora counter is not the only thing shifting near the World Showcase entrance this summer. La Poutinerie, a new quick-service dining location developed in partnership with Air Canada, is preparing to open in the Canada World Showcase Pavilion on July 1, 2026, Canada Day.
La Poutinerie takes over the space previously occupied by the Refreshment Port, a quick-service location that closed in January and was subsequently confirmed as permanently retired. The new restaurant specializes in poutine and formally expands the Canada pavilion’s footprint within World Showcase. Construction crews have been working through June on decorative stonework and finishing details, with the exterior chimney facade receiving decorative stone treatment and the roof having been repainted in early June ahead of the July 1 opening.
Together, the Pandora counter at Port of Entry and the incoming La Poutinerie in Canada make the area surrounding the World Showcase entrance one of the more actively evolving corners of EPCOT this summer. Guests who have not visited since earlier in the year are going to notice meaningful differences in this stretch of the park by the time July arrives.
When to Visit
The Pandora charm counter at Port of Entry is open now during regular EPCOT park hours. It is located within the existing Port of Entry retail space, which sits at the start of World Showcase near the park’s main entrance. No separate ticket or reservation is required to browse the counter, and the charm counter format means the shopping experience moves quickly for guests who know what they are looking for.
For Pandora fans building a World Showcase day this summer, Port of Entry is now officially worth a stop before the pavilions begin.
