“Waste of Time,” Disney Guests Not Impressed With Beloved Event

Some Disneyland Guests called a popular Disney event “a waste of time.”

Disneyland is known as “The Happiest Place on Earth.” However, some Guests have less than “magical moments” while at Disney Parks. Disneyland is home to two theme parks, Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and the two parks host several events throughout the year.

Some of the different events offer different events, such as Ooogie Boogie Bash during the fall, Christmas at Disneyland, and many more special events. Disneyland Grad Nite, Princess Nite, Disneyland After Dark Pride Nite, and influencer night allow Guests to celebrate either graduation or Valentine’s Day or, for some Vloggers, this gives them the chance to make content to show fans just how much Disneyland has to offer. These different events allow fewer Guests to be in the Parks, which gives those in attendance more time to experience attractions due to low wait times.

Disneyland Grad Nite is held at Disney California Adventure Park. Disney California Adventure Park includes attractions such as Incredicoaster, Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind, Radiator Springs Racers, Guardians of the Galaxy Mission BREAKOUT, and many more thrilling attractions. Disneyland Grad Nite is an extraordinary event that combines graduation’s joy with Disney’s magic. It is a celebration of achievements, friendships, and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. In a Social Media Post, Disneyland Guests complained about Disneyland Grad Nite. This Guest explained that almost every attraction was closed. This Guest talks about the only attractions opened were carnival rides or dance parties. This Disney Guest also said that DAS pass has issues the whole time and then just stopped working. Sadly, this Guest said they would have rather gone to Universal Studios Hollywood.

Went Friday night to DCA, & it was a waste of time. Almost every ride was closed. What is the point of having the park to ourselves when the only thing you could do was the random dance parties & the old fashioned carnival rides that you can find anywhere?! DAS also had issues all night then stopped working at midnight. As much as I love Disney, I would have rather gone to Universal Studios. #worstgradniteever

Of course, this is based on Guest report, and all Disney Guest experiences are different. Please keep in mind that rides are subject to breakdowns, and Disney Cast Members do their best to get the attractions back up and running when they experience downtime.

Disneyland is a place that allows Guests to forget about the real world and make memories that will last a lifetime. Disney does their best to host events that Guests will enjoy and want to return to the Parks and experience more than once.
