We have seen a lot of new offers lately from Walt Disney World, and today another offer was dropped. Florida residents can now take advantage of “Weekday Magic” a new ticket-only discount. Discounts are a great way to experience Walt Disney World while saving some money along the way. With two new promotions announced, we are going to dive into how you might be able to save money this fall and as 2024 begins.

New Florida Resident Ticket Offer for Walt Disney World

This new offer is a 4-day ticket for $59/day, valid from October 2 to December 22. Even though it is not valid during the weekend (thus the name of the ticket), there are surprisingly NO blackout dates. Having promos for locals isn’t unusual. What is unusual is the fact that this promo doesn’t have any blackout dates. This gives Florida residents the ability to enjoy the parks even when they are busy for the holiday season.

With no blackout dates, we wonder what this means for crowds this fall and winter at Walt Disney World. Typically, we see larger crowds in Walt Disney World as families enjoy the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays in the parks. With no blackout dates, including Thanksgiving, we wonder if bookings are down at Walt Disney World for the end of 2023.

Previously, Disney offered discounts to entice people to head to the parks. As the end of the year is usually busier in the parks, we are surprised to see no blackout dates included with this promotion for Flordia residents.

Disney Visa Cardholders to Save

Florida residents aren’t the only ones who can take advantage of a new promotion for Walt Disney World. Disney Visa Cardmembers can save on rooms at select Disney resorts in early 2024.

This discount starts after the new year, with January 9, 2024, being the first official day available. The discount runs through March 2024 and includes spring break at many Disney resorts.

Like the Florida resident offer, the Disney Visa Cardmember offer is available Sundays through Thursdays during early 2024. This offer has many regulations and exclusions, so check Disney for the official policy.

It excludes the following accommodations: 3-bedroom villas, Tower Studios at Disney’s Riviera Resort, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, Bungalows at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort.

These two offers show that this fall and early 2024 will be a fantastic time to visit Walt Disney World! Get your vacations booked today!
