Guests can find Boma – Flavors of Africa at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, a deluxe Walt Disney World Resort. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the resort’s main lobby. This restaurant is just a short walk from The Mara, a Quick Service dining location at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Boma – Flavors of Africa offers a Table Service dining experience with buffet-style dining. This restaurant requires advanced dining reservations. Guests can make a dining reservation online or through the My Disney Experience app up to 60 days before their visit.

Atmosphere

Dine under thatched roofs as you enjoy African and American favorites for a breakfast or dinner buffet. This restaurant brings together flavors from over 50 different African countries to provide mouthwatering cuisine.

When you’re dining for breakfast, savor menu options including Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding, Turkey Bobotie, Waffles, Avocado, Papaya, and Grapefruit Salad, Sticky Buns, and made-to-order Omelets. For an upgrade, Guests can order beverages like the Jungle Mimosa, Boma Sunrise, and Striped and Spiked Cold Brew. The dinner buffet features Tunisian Couscous and Shrimp Salad, Sweet Corn Pudding, Oak Roast Pork Ribs, Durban Chicken, Butternut Squash Soup, and African Spiced Beef Striploin.

If you have a specific allergy request, speak to a Cast Member upon arrival. An allergy guide for either meal will be provided. Guests can find the complete menus on the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, this restaurant will accept the Disney Dining Plan. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan during their stay will be able to redeem a Table Service meal credit at this dining location. Please note that Guests using the Dining Plan still need an advanced dining reservation. Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Visa Cardmembers receive a 10% dining discount at this location.
