Most Harry Potter fans leave Universal Orlando Resort with a wand, a few souvenirs, and plenty of pictures. But for anyone who has ever wished they could bring an actual piece of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter home, there’s now an unusual opportunity.
Universal’s Harry Potter-themed lands are famous for their incredible attention to detail. From the buildings to the smallest decorations, almost everything contributes to the feeling that visitors have stepped inside the magical world.
Some of those decorations are so elaborate that they could practically become attractions themselves.
Now, a massive piece of former Universal Orlando scenery has appeared on the resale market, and the price is enough to make even serious collectors think twice.
Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World Is More Than Just Rides
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter has become one of Universal Orlando Resort’s most recognizable experiences.
At Universal Studios Florida, Diagon Alley recreates the magical shopping district from J.K. Rowling’s stories, giving visitors the chance to explore locations they previously knew only from books and movies.
Guests can visit Ollivanders, browse the colorful surroundings of Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, and experience Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts.
However, the attractions aren’t the only reason people love the area.
Universal filled Diagon Alley with elaborate storefronts, unusual decorations, and themed merchandise displays that make the streets feel like a functioning wizarding marketplace.
Even objects that guests might barely notice contribute to the atmosphere.
And while most of those details remain part of the theme park experience, one particularly large decoration has ended up outside Universal Orlando Resort.

Former Diagon Alley Wagon Is Selling for $125,000
A Victorian-style wooden wagon previously displayed inside Diagon Alley is now listed for sale in Winter Park, Florida.
The asking price is an incredible $125,000.
The wagon once stood near Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes, where its shelves held decorative bottles and other merchandise.
Although those smaller items aren’t part of the sale, the wagon still has several features that make it instantly recognizable.
Its wooden cabinets, curved roof, hanging lantern, and oversized wheels give it the appearance of a traveling merchant’s wagon from the magical shopping district.
However, this isn’t something a buyer could simply load into the back of a pickup truck.
According to the listing, the wagon measures:
-
130 inches tall, approximately 10 feet, 10 inches
-
53 inches wide
-
134 inches long, approximately 11 feet, 2 inches
-
Between 3,000 and 5,000 pounds in estimated weight
Those measurements make it an enormous piece of themed scenery.
The seller, Rob Kowalski, doesn’t specify why Universal Orlando removed the wagon or whether the park replaced it with another decoration.
But the seller isn’t limiting interested fans to purchasing it outright. The wagon is also available to rent.

Could Someone Turn This Into the Ultimate Harry Potter Display?
For most fans, spending $125,000 on a former theme park prop simply isn’t an option.
However, this unusual listing could attract buyers who want something far beyond traditional Harry Potter merchandise.
A themed shop could use the wagon as an elaborate display, while an event venue might incorporate it into private celebrations.
A collector with enough room could even create a personal Harry Potter-inspired space featuring an authentic piece of former Universal Orlando scenery.
Of course, the purchase price would only be part of the expense.
The wagon’s size and weight mean buyers would need to consider transportation, equipment, and a suitable location for installation.
Renting might offer a more practical alternative.
The structure could serve as a memorable backdrop for themed birthday parties, weddings, or photography sessions.
Anyone interested in renting it would need to speak directly with the owner about pricing, transportation, and availability.

Universal Orlando Memorabilia Has a Dedicated Following
Collecting retired theme park decorations isn’t unheard of, especially among fans who want to preserve pieces of their favorite attractions.
Taylor Strickland, CEO of Orlando Informer, has attracted attention for purchasing unusual theme park memorabilia, including retired attraction props.
These collections show why certain enthusiasts are willing to spend substantial amounts on items that once appeared inside popular destinations.
Unlike ordinary souvenirs, authentic props have a direct connection to the places guests remember visiting.
And considering Diagon Alley’s popularity, this particular wagon could have special appeal to Harry Potter enthusiasts.
Still, finding someone willing to pay $125,000 for a structure weighing several thousand pounds could prove challenging.
For now, the former Universal Orlando Resort decoration remains an unusual opportunity for collectors, businesses, and event organizers.
Whether someone eventually purchases it or chooses to rent it, there’s no denying that this is a Harry Potter souvenir unlike anything most guests could bring home.
