Disney World Guests Warned as Early November Christmas Party Sells Out

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is still weeks away from beginning at Magic Kingdom, but some guests are already discovering that their preferred dates are disappearing.

Another night has officially sold out for the 2026 holiday season, and this one stands out from the others.

November 12 is no longer available. While previous sellouts included dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas, November 12 is only the third party of the entire season.

That could be an important warning for guests who have been waiting to finalize their holiday plans.

One of the First Parties Is Already Sold Out

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party begins its 2026 run on November 8, followed by another party on November 9.

The third event takes place November 12, and tickets for that night are now completely sold out.

That brings the total number of sold-out parties to four.

November 24 was the first date to disappear from the calendar. December 22 followed, with December 20 eventually joining the list.

Those dates fall around Thanksgiving and Christmas, making their popularity relatively easy to understand.

November 12 tells a different story.

Guests aren’t only rushing to secure tickets for the biggest holiday weeks. One of the earliest opportunities to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party has now reached capacity as well.

That could put more attention on the remaining early-November dates.

Guests Still Have Plenty of Options

The calendar isn’t empty yet.

November 8, 9, 13, 15, 17, 19, 20, 25, 27, and 29 were still available following the November 12 sellout.

December also offers several choices, including December 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 13, 15, 17, and 18.

That means guests who haven’t purchased tickets still have opportunities to experience the party.

The bigger issue may be getting the exact date they want.

Disney vacations are often planned around dining reservations, hotel stays, park days, and other events. Guests who only have one party date available during their vacation could find themselves with few alternatives if that night reaches capacity.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party Returns

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party begins at 7 p.m. on event nights, although party ticket holders can enter Magic Kingdom starting at 4 p.m.

Tickets range from $189 to $229 depending on the date. Children ages 3 through 9 receive a $10 discount, while eligible Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can receive special pricing.

Once the event begins, guests can experience special entertainment created for the Christmas season.

The party includes complimentary treats, holiday entertainment, stage shows, unique character meet-and-greets, and a special fireworks spectacular.

Those exclusive offerings have helped make Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party a major part of the Walt Disney World holiday season.

Four Dates Are Now Gone

There is no reason for guests to panic. More than 20 Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates were still available following the latest sellout.

However, November 12 reaching capacity is worth paying attention to.

The first two parties of the season remain available, as does November 13. Guests with flexible schedules therefore have alternatives around the newly sold-out date.

Those with less flexibility may want to make a decision sooner.

The holiday season hasn’t started at Walt Disney World yet, and four Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party dates are already gone.

Now that one of the earliest parties has sold out, guests waiting for the perfect time to buy may want to keep a much closer eye on the calendar.
