The footage opens with two men standing chest to chest, yelling. A security guard steps in fast and starts talking to both of them. Even once they’re separated, the yelling and pointing keeps going, and the guard’s clearly raising his voice too, apparently telling one guy to back off or leave. At one point, the man in the white tank top actually pulls his shirt off, looking ready to fight. The guard gets between them, and everyone standing nearby starts backing away fast. Eventually the two men walk off in different directions, and it looks like the confrontation ends there.
As the guard talks into his radio, probably calling for backup, other guests try explaining what happened to him. The clip’s set to Conga by Gloria Estefan, one of the actual songs from the ride, and it wraps up with another cast member visible on the phone.

Based on that video, the man who later took his shirt off was trying to catch up to his family, who were just ahead of the other man’s family in line. It’s still not clear if either group cut in line or if the two families just happened to end up in front of each other.

That earlier footage shows things turning physical quick, with the man in the white tank top repeatedly yelling, “Touch my daughter, get f*cked!” The fight was mainly between the two men, but other family members from both sides get pulled in too, some trying to break it up, others joining in. After a few tense moments, the man and someone with him managed to get back to their group, though the yelling kept going even then. There’s no confirmation on whether either guest got pulled from the ride or removed from the park.
Meanwhile, a Fistfight Broke Out at Halloween Horror Nights
This wasn’t an isolated incident either. Video posted to X by @Aya_Ventures shows a fistfight breaking out in the queue for the Hellraiser haunted house at Halloween Horror Nights 35 on September 11, 2026, inside Universal Studios Florida. The caption read, “I didn’t have a fist fight in the Hellraiser line on my bingo card for tonight. #HHN35.”
What’s not in the video matters just as much. There’s no confirmed word on what caused it, who was involved, whether anyone got hurt, whether police got involved, or what Universal actually did about it afterward. The resort hasn’t put out any statement addressing this specific incident, and nothing’s been verified about ejections, bans, or security changes as a result.
Why Packed Lines Make This Stuff So Much Worse
Halloween Horror Nights runs on dense nighttime crowds packed into long, dark queues, and that setup makes any kind of confrontation genuinely harder to contain once it kicks off. One fight doesn’t automatically mean Universal’s security is falling apart, but it’s a fair question worth asking for an event built around this kind of crowding, how fast can staff actually spot and separate a fight before it grows or drags bystanders into it.
This year’s event already had its own crowding issues going on separately, with reports of jammed walkways and haunted house lines hitting capacity at times. Since Halloween Horror Nights runs on a 10 house lineup, guests are spending a big chunk of their night just standing in line, which makes managing those queues a real part of the whole experience, not just some scheduling detail.
What This Actually Means for Guests
Neither of these incidents means visiting EPCOT or Halloween Horror Nights comes with a serious risk of running into violence on a normal trip. Both Disney and Universal keep security teams around specifically trained to spot and shut down these situations fast, and in the Cosmic Rewind case, security clearly stepped in and got the two men separated before things got worse.
That said, if you’re standing in a long, packed line, especially at something as crowded as Halloween Horror Nights, stay aware of what’s around you and give staff room to actually do their job if something breaks out nearby.
