Disney World Unlocks Massive 2027 Hotel Discount for Passholders

A Walt Disney World vacation can take a serious bite out of the budget, especially once a hotel stay gets added to park tickets, meals, and everything else that comes with a trip.

For Annual Passholders planning to visit in 2027, Disney is offering some relief.

A new Passholder hotel promotion can cut the price of select rooms by up to 35%. The offer covers eligible stays from January into late April, giving Passholders several months to take advantage.

But the biggest savings aren’t available everywhere or on every date. Disney has divided participating resorts into several discount levels, with the best deal arriving later in the promotion.

Here’s how the 2027 offer works and which resorts qualify for the largest savings.

Passholders Have Two Important Date Windows

Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can save between 20% and 35% on select rooms for stays from January 3 through April 29, 2027.

The strongest discounts arrive during the second half of the promotion. Most nights from February 28 through April 29 qualify for savings ranging from 25% to 35%, depending on the resort.

Earlier trips can still qualify. For most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25, discounts range from 20% to 30%.

Disney requires at least a one-night stay and limits stays under the promotion to 14 nights.

Additional charges may apply when more than two adults stay in one room at Disney Value, Moderate, or Deluxe Resorts, or at Disney Deluxe Villa Studios.

Some accommodations are excluded entirely. Those include 3-Bedroom Villas and Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Bungalows, Tower 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows are also excluded.

The First Group Still Offers Solid Savings

Passholders can save up to 25% on this group for most nights from February 28 through April 29. For most Sunday through Thursday nights from January 3 through February 25, the maximum discount drops to 20%.

Participating accommodations include:

  • Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
  • Disney’s Pop Century Resort
  • Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside – Standard Location Rooms
  • Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Standard Rooms
  • Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
  • The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, excluding January and February dates

Those percentages don’t reach the 35% maximum, but the savings could still add up across several nights.

The next tier allows Passholders to save even more.

Another Set of Resorts Reaches 30%

For stays on most nights from February 28 through April 29, Passholders can save up to 30% at the next group of resorts.

Most Sunday through Thursday nights between January 3 and February 25 qualify for savings of up to 25%.

Eligible options include:

  • Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
  • Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
  • Disney’s Old Key West Resort – Deluxe Studios
  • Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Family Suites
  • Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Resort View Rooms
  • Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside

For Passholders considering a more expensive room or resort, that additional percentage could make this group particularly worth comparing.

Still, Disney’s largest savings are reserved for the final tier.

A 2027 Trip Could Now Cost Less

Passholders already planning a Walt Disney World vacation between January and April should compare this promotion with their existing hotel rate.

The February 28 through April 29 period offers the strongest potential savings, including the full 35% maximum at select resorts.

Not every hotel or room qualifies for that amount, but Passholders have options across multiple resort categories. With Disney vacation costs continuing to add up, saving anywhere from 20% to 35% on a hotel room could leave considerably more money in the vacation budget.
