Six Halloween novelties are now live at Walt Disney World. Two dropped this morning. Two require a party ticket. And one of them glows.
Today is the day.
Look, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party opens tonight at Magic Kingdom, so Halloween season at Walt Disney World is officially on. Months of showtime announcements, character lineups, and ticket dates quietly vanishing, and here we finally are.
But the party is only part of the operation. Halloween season at Disney World drags an entire merchandise economy behind it, and nothing has exploded more in the last few years than novelties. Popcorn buckets and sippers went from junk souvenirs to actual collector items. People schedule park days around a drop. Resale listings appear within hours.
There is a practical angle, too. Most of these come with a refill discount, so if you are in the park all day, the math can genuinely work out.
Here is everything that just landed.
Vampire Mickey Popcorn Bucket
Mickey went full vampire this year.

All four parks are the headline here. That makes it far easier to find than the party exclusives, which matters a lot if you are visiting on a non-party day.
Winnie the Pooh Hunny Bee Sipper
The silly old bear is dressed as a “hunny” bee, and this is the one with the trick.

Light-up novelties move faster than regular ones. Every single time. If you want it, go early in the season. And note it is three parks, not four, so Animal Kingdom is out.
The Two You Need a Party Ticket For
Disney already announced two novelties exclusive to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

- Both sold at popcorn carts near Cinderella Castle on party nights only
If you have a party ticket, prioritize these. There is no regular park day workaround.
Both designs pull straight from Magic Kingdom Halloween lore, the Headless Horseman from the pre-parade and the Hatbox Ghost from the Mansion, which is catnip for collectors who buy on theming instead of characters.
Build time in for it. Those carts sit in the busiest stretch of the park during the busiest hours, and lines happen.

Both back, and both nowhere near a theme park.

Placement is interesting. Both live entirely outside the four parks, so a Disney Springs night or a water-park day is the only option.
Which is actually convenient. Disney Springs needs no ticket, so the Stitch Mummy Bucket is grabbable on a travel day or an off day.

That last one is not a throwaway. Stitch merch at Walt Disney World disappears faster than almost anything on property, and the Mummy Bucket did well enough last year to earn a comeback. Do not count on it being there in late October.
