Adult Disney Fans Are About to Fall in Love With Disney Springs This Summer

Disney Springs gets underestimated. It sits between the theme parks and the real world in a way that makes it easy to treat as a layover rather than a destination, a place you pass through on the way to something else rather than somewhere you actually plan to spend time. That perception is increasingly inaccurate, and this summer it will be harder to maintain than ever.

Five Disney Springs restaurants just dropped new seasonal cocktails and frozen drinks for summer 2026, and the timing aligns with a broader wave of new additions to the district that collectively make this the most interesting Disney Springs summer in recent memory.

The New Drinks

Maria and Enzo’s is leading the summer drink conversation with the Garden Party cocktail. Malfy Gin, Italicus, peaflower syrup, fresh lemon juice, Fee Foam, and delicate microflowers. Italicus is a bergamotto liqueur with a citrus-forward, floral character that pairs naturally with Malfy Gin, and the peaflower syrup adds color without artificial dye. This is a cocktail with a genuine point of view and a beautiful patio to drink it on.

Enzo’s Hideaway, tucked underneath The Edison, has two new drinks worth knowing about. The Berry Basil Bliss brings together Bombay Sapphire, muddled strawberry and basil, lemon juice, and simple syrup with a whole strawberry garnish. Strawberry and basil are one of those combinations that sound unexpected and taste obviously right. The Violet Hour goes in a completely different direction with Fords Gin, lavender-honey syrup, and lemon, for something softer and more aromatic.

The Edison is serving the Strawberry Fields Forever, a combination of Wheatley vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberries, and mint. St-Germain works well in summer cocktails because its delicate floral sweetness bridges fruit and spirit without being obvious.

Morimoto Asia has the most distinctive concept on the list with its Sake Sangria. Sake, light white wine, and plum wine, combined with Asian pears, apples, and tangerine juice, create a sangria that takes the classic format in a completely new direction. Available by the glass or carafe, it is the right choice for groups at one of Disney Springs’ most visually impressive restaurants.

Pizza Ponte has a Frozen Peach Bellini, crisp and cold and designed for drinking on the go. It is the simplest drink on this list and exactly what a quick Pizza Ponte stop calls for on a hot afternoon.

What Else Is Happening at Disney Springs This Summer

The drinks are a good reason to visit. The broader summer lineup is an even better one.

LEVEL99, the massive real-world challenge-based social entertainment experience with more than 60 challenge rooms and duels, is confirmed to open at Disney Springs this summer. For groups of adults looking for something genuinely interactive and competitive, this will be one of the most talked-about additions to the district in years.

Six Ravens, the savory hand pie concept from the Gideon’s Bakehouse team, is coming this summer as well. Where Gideon’s built its reputation on enormous cookies and an obsessive approach to baked goods, Six Ravens is going in a completely different direction with savory Coffyns, local craft beer, and a menu developed in partnership with Central Florida chefs.

The Cool Kids Summer Dance Party at the Marketplace runs on select evenings through September 8 with music from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3. Flavors of Florida and Orlando’s Magical Dining are both expected to return during the summer and late summer months, respectively.

Disney Springs this summer has new drinks, a new entertainment complex, a new food concept, and seasonal dining events layered across the whole district. The Garden Party at Maria and Enzo’s and the Sake Sangria at Morimoto Asia are the two drinks on this summer’s list that rise above seasonal menu additions into something genuinely memorable.

The underestimating can stop now.
