Jellyrolls Confirms Comeback Outside Disney World

Jellyrolls may have closed its doors at Disney’s BoardWalk, but it never really disappeared from the Disney World conversation. If anything, the absence made people realize just how unique that experience actually was. A dueling piano bar inside Disney property wasn’t just a novelty—it was something guests built entire nights around.

Now, there’s finally a real update, and it’s one that longtime fans have been hoping for.

Jellyrolls is officially making a return, just not in the exact same place.

Not Gone—Just Relocated

After shutting down in early 2025, the team behind Jellyrolls made it clear that the plan was always to reopen somewhere else. It wasn’t about whether it would come back—it was about finding the right location to do it properly.

That search has now paid off.

The new venue is set to open in Lake Buena Vista, just minutes away from Walt Disney World. That proximity matters. It keeps Jellyrolls connected to its core audience while giving it more flexibility than it ever had on Disney property.

And that flexibility shows up immediately.

Free parking, easier rideshare access, and a dedicated space designed specifically for the show all point to a venue that’s being built with intention—not just recreated.

A Familiar Experience With a New Edge

If you’re worried about Jellyrolls losing what made it special, don’t be.

The core concept isn’t changing. It’s still a 21+ dueling piano bar, still driven by audience requests, and still centered around that electric, unpredictable energy that made every night feel different.

But there are upgrades.

The new space is being designed with improved sound and lighting, along with a stage that puts the performers front and center. That might sound like a small detail, but for a venue built around live music and crowd interaction, it’s everything.

The goal is simple: make you feel like part of the show the second you walk in.

Timing the Comeback

Construction is already underway, and the current target is a late summer or early fall opening.

That timing could work in Jellyrolls’ favor. It puts the reopening right in the middle of a busy season, when guests are looking for something to do after a full day in the parks.

And for many, Jellyrolls used to be that answer.

With Disney continuing to scale back certain late-night offerings, this reopening fills a noticeable gap. It may not be inside the Disney bubble anymore, but it’s still very much part of the same vacation experience.

A Comeback That Feels Intentional

What stands out most about this move is how deliberate it feels.

This isn’t a rushed reopening or a quick attempt to cash in on nostalgia. It’s a reset. A chance to take everything that worked before and build something even better around it.

Jellyrolls didn’t just find a new home—it found an opportunity.

And when those doors open again, it won’t just feel like a return. It’ll feel like the next chapter.
