At the time, no one knew where the smoke and, presumably, a fire, were located. Still, there were no operational effects within Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park.
Disneyland Hotel Evacuated

Around the same time that videos of the smoke in Anaheim emerged, @DisneyScoopGuy reported that guests had been evacuated from the Disneyland Hotel. Some Disney Park guests were concerned that the smoke was coming from the Discovery Tower, the new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) building at the original Southern California Disney Resort hotel.
Guests were just evacuated from the Disneyland Hotel and black smoke was reported coming from the Discovery Tower. Guests are currently being allowed to return and a helicopter is circling overhead.

After an investigation, guests were able to return to their Disneyland Hotel rooms in the early afternoon.

Later, it became apparent that the smoke was not coming from the Discovery Tower but from a nearby house fire in Anaheim. Disneyland Resort suffered no lasting damage or operational impacts from the incident. From @OC_Scanner:
