Dollywood Replaces Atlantic City

The Dollywood Express anchors the custom board, which swaps MONOPOLY’s traditional Atlantic City properties for Dollywood landmarks like Rockin’ Roadway, Dollywood HeartSong Lodge & Resort, and Aunt Granny’s Restaurant. Players purchase Dollywood Season Passes and TimeSaver Passes instead of paying taxes and utilities (the TimeSaver is Dollywood’s express lane system).

Game cards feature fan-favorite Dollywood offerings, like the iconic cinnamon bread from Grist Mill, Spotlight Bakery, and Dollywood DreamMore Resort & Spa.

The game is available at “select retail locations” throughout Dollywood Parks & Resorts, though the announcement doesn’t specify which stores or the price point.

Dollywood opened its 2026 season on March 13 with the “I Will Always Love You” Music Festival, which is running through April 12. Splash Country water park opens May 23. NightFlight Expedition, a new ride, debuts this spring, though the Smoky Mountain theme park hasn’t announced a specific grand-opening date.

Despite some ongoing health issues, Dolly Parton attended the season kick-off earlier this month, thanking visitors for the support and saying that she had been focusing on “healing” following the death of her longtime husband in 2025. Still, she reassured fans that she isn’t slowing down: “All is good.”
