Two Guests Reported “Endangered and Missing” After Incident at Disney Springs
Law enforcement responded to two separate endangered missing person reports at Disney Springs on Monday, January 19. The incidents occurred hours apart at Walt Disney World Resort’s outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment complex, which attracts tens of thousands of visitors each day.
First Missing Person Report

As with most Walt Disney World Resort emergency calls, publicly available information didn’t specify the exact location of the report. The call was logged to a centralized Disney Springs address.
Second Report Hours Later

At 4:09 p.m., with no updates on the first case, @WDWActiveCrime shared that law enforcement had returned to Disney Springs for another endangered missing person report. The second post read:

It remains unclear whether the two reports are related or involve different missing individuals. Neither Walt Disney World Resort nor local law enforcement has publicly confirmed whether the endangered person or persons were located.
Earlier Trespasser Call at Disney Springs

The missing-person reports followed another law enforcement response at Disney Springs on Monday morning. At 10:21 a.m., deputies received a call about a “trespasser” at the complex. @WDWActiveCrime wrote:

At Walt Disney World Resort, “trespasser” can refer to a previously banned guest who illegally returned, or someone who recently violated rules and requires a trespass notice and police escort off property.
Whether the trespasser is connected to either of the endangered missing person reports remains unknown.
No Operational Impact

Despite three law enforcement calls on Monday, Disney Springs and all Walt Disney World Resort properties continue to operate normally. Guests encountering police or security responses should avoid affected areas and follow instructions from officers or Disney cast members.
Law enforcement may eventually release police reports on Monday’s three Disney Springs incidents, but hasn’t done so yet.
