Construction Permit Filed to Revive Shuttered Disney Theme Park
It seems that work is underway at the site of Walt Disney World Resort’s closed-down theme park.
Located in Orlando, Florida, Walt Disney World Resort is constantly renovating and refurbishing its iconic rides and attractions. The hot and humid climate makes it necessary for rides to receive some extra love and attention. In fact, one theme park needed so much attention that Disney closed the entire location indefinitely until the necessary renovation could be performed.

Closed Disney Park Location to Receive Necessary Updates
On Sunday, March 17, Blizzard Beach water park closed down at Walt Disney World Resort. This closing coincided with the reopening of Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, WDW’s other water park location. As of now, no reopening date for Blizzard Beach has been revealed.
A few days before the park closed, a permit was already filed for the Blizzard Beach renovations. This filing gives us significant insight into what will be happening during this theme park’s much-needed renovation. The permit was filed to “Provide labor, material and/or electrical for construction”
