A massive fire lit up the night sky near Disneyland Paris Resort on Monday evening, sending dozens of firefighters and emergency vehicles to the scene as guests inside the European Disney park watched thick smoke billow above Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Guests React as Smoke Fills the Sky
Panic and confusion spread quickly among Disneyland Park (Paris) guests as videos and photos of the fire began circulating on social media Monday night. X (formerly known as Twitter) user @nhabrohi shared footage showing crowds moving through Main Street, U.S.A. while dark smoke rose in the background, writing:

Guest @quelquundu77 posted additional video and images captured from multiple areas of Disneyland Park, reporting that firefighters were visible near the resort as well. Their post read:

85 Firefighters Respond to the Blaze
Le Parisien reported that the fire broke out around 8:00 p.m. inside a computer equipment warehouse located a few kilometers from Disneyland Park (Paris), Disney Adventure World, Disney Village, and the Disney Resort hotels. In total, 85 firefighters and 30 emergency vehicles were dispatched to battle the blaze, which remained active at the time of this report.

@DLPReport later provided further clarification on the warehouse’s exact location, confirming:

Park Operations Continue Uninterrupted
Emergency responders reported no injuries related to the fire, which affected the ground floor, first floor, and roof of the 1,600-square-meter concrete-and-metal building.
Despite the alarming scene visible in the sky, Disneyland Paris Resort has not evacuated theme park guests in response to the nearby fire.
