Epcot is a favorite Disney Park of many guests thanks to its amazing collection of experiences that are fun for the whole family. The park is unique in that it is home to two completely different areas that each have different focuses and celebrate different things. Future World celebrates the unity of nature and technology and how both are beautiful things in this world. 1. Spaceship Earth

Just after entering into Epcot and Future World, guests come face to face with the massive icon of the park which is also home to an attraction of the same name. Spaceship Earth is a futuristic structure that soars over Future World and is covered in geodesic triangles. Not only is the structure perfect for plenty of photo opportunities, it also houses a must enjoy attraction that brings guests on a tour of the history of communication from the beginning of time to modern day.

2. The Seas with Nemo and Friends

Another popular destination in Future World is The Seas with Nemo and Friends which is home to several attractions and the opportunity for guests to explore the beauty and diversity of the oceans. The pavilion hosts an attraction of the same name that retells the story of Finding Nemo and brings guests on a journey through the seas to find him. After enjoying the attraction, guests can also check out Turtle Talk with Crush where they can chat with the favorite character in real time and explore educational exhibits and habitats of many different species of sea creatures.

3. Soarin’ Around the World

One of the most popular attractions in Future World that nearly always has a lengthy wait time is Soarin’ Around the World located on the lower level of The Land Pavilion. The attraction brings guests on a unique hang gliding adventure where guests can dangle their feet over some of the most beautiful locations on Earth. 4. Sunshine Seasons

Also found on the lower level of The Land Pavilion is a quick service eatery that is very popular with guests. Sunshine Seasons is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and celebrates the seasons and produce grown during each time. Guests can enjoy freshly made options that feature an array of flavors and ingredients located at different ordering counters before sitting in an open air area that offers wonderful views of the pavilion.

5. Garden Grill Restaurant

Found just above Sunshine Seasons on the central level of The Land Pavilion is another popular eatery that is a full service location. Garden Grill Restaurant is also open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and offers a unique experience in that that entire restaurant slowly rotates throughout each meal. Gusts can enjoy dining on fresh options grown right there in The Land while meeting Mickey and friends and also enjoying special glimpses down into the Living with the Land attraction below.

6. Journey into Imagination with Figment

Future World in Epcot is home to another pavilion which celebrates the whimsy and power of imagination with an attraction that is fun for the whole family. Journey into Imagination with Figment brings guests on a tour of the sensory labs in the Imagination Institute before demonstrating the imaginations work best when set free. Figment is a fun addition to the attraction and brings humor and a catchy theme song to life in this popular experience.

7. Electric Umbrella

Another popular quick service eatery in Future World is located in the central plaza situated behind Spaceship Earth. Electric Umbrella is open daily for lunch and dinner and serves up an array of healthy options that guests are sure to love. With a futuristic setting, guests can opt to dine either inside in the elevated seating area or outside on an open air patio offering great views of the Fountain of Nations and Spaceship Earth.

8. Mouse Gear

One of the best shopping locations in all of Walt Disney World is situated in Epcot’s Future World right next to the Fountain of Nations. Mouse Gear is a massive retail location that features many different areas that are each designated with specific types of merchandise. Guests who shop at Mouse Gear can browse items including jewelry, Mouse Ears, clothing, accessories, toys, housewares, collectibles, and more. 9. Test Track Presented by Chevrolet

Another very popular attraction in Future World packs some big thrills while inviting guests to step into the design aspect of the automotive world. Test Track Presented by Chevrolet allows guests the opportunity to design their very own SIM cars which can then be put to the test in efficiency, power, responsiveness, and capability through a series of rigorous and thrilling tests. The final experience of the attraction is an outdoor high speed loop that offers guests a glimpse of Future World and an unforgettable adventure!

10. Mission: SPACE

Found right next door to Test Track Presented by Chevrolet is another thrilling experience in Future World that guests absolutely love. Mission: SPACE brings guests into the International Space Training Center and offers them the chance to blast off into space for two unique missions. The Green Team is a less intense version that offers guests the chance to orbit the Earth and enjoy some beautiful views of the planet with gentle movements. The Orange Team is an intense adventure that features centrifugal forces and a thrilling mission that has guests land on the surface of Mars. Both experiences are amazing ones to enjoy while spending time in Epcot’s Future World.
