Yacht & Beach Club Convention Space to Expand at Walt Disney World

The permit applications have been filed to kick off the required work to expand the current convention center space at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club.  The current convention space is around 75,000 square feet.  With the expansion, the new size is expected to be around 100,000 square feet.  Disney plans to begin the construction soon and finish by spring of 2018.  There will be work done on the guest rooms at the resort during the same time that are also expected to be complete in 2018.  It will be exciting to see these new changes!
