  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • ¾ cup Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice
  • 1 cup fresh coconut milk, divided

Method

  1. Step 1: Blend strawberries, sugar, and juice in a blender on high for 60 seconds.
A close-up view of a blender container filled with freshly blended pink smoothie, with small bubbles visible on the surface. The blender walls are slightly frosted, and the smoothie appears creamy and smooth.
  2. Step 2: Fill 2 (16-ounce) cups halfway with ice. Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Two glasses with red liquid in them.
  3. Step 3: Pour half of the strawberry mixture in each cup. Add ½ cup coconut milk to each cup and stir well.
Two mason jars filled with ice and pink-colored liquid, placed on a white marble surface. The jars have handles, and the drink appears to be a cold, creamy beverage.
  4. Step 4: Top with freeze-dried strawberries.
Two mason jars filled with strawberry milk, topped with fresh strawberry pieces and striped red-and-white straws. Nearby are a bowl of whole strawberries, a glass pitcher of milk, and a jar of pink liquid, all set on a soft striped cloth.

Notes

Use fresh coconut milk, not canned. You can find it in the refrigerator section near the milk.
