Disney Parks Confirm Return of Christmas, Not Holiday, Celebrations in 2026
A small detail spotted on a brand-new building at Disneyland Paris Resort is pointing toward something much bigger…and it has everything to do with the most wonderful time of the year.
Potential Christmas Celebrations in the World of Frozen
The World of Frozen has been open for barely two weeks, but guests are already picking apart every corner of the Frozen (2013)-themed land at Disney Adventure World. On April 14, X (formerly Twitter) user @PixiedustDLP shared photos from an early visit to the Norwegian-inspired area, drawing attention to a set of small hooks mounted along the exterior façade of the Nordic Crowns Tavern dining location.

The hooks appear deliberately installed — not incidental hardware — suggesting that Disneyland Paris Resort has plans to hang seasonal decorations from them at some point down the road. Christmas is the most obvious conclusion.
Disney Enchanted Christmas Returns in November
Disneyland Paris Resort officially confirmed that Disney Enchanted Christmas — the park’s annual holiday celebration, named specifically for Christmas rather than a generic winter holiday — will return from November 7, 2026, through January 6, 2027. The naming is consistent with how the European Disney destination has long branded its winter season.
Whether the World of Frozen will be folded into this year’s holiday programming hasn’t been announced. The entertainment lineup for Disney Enchanted Christmas 2026 hasn’t been revealed yet, and Disneyland Paris Resort hasn’t commented on the hooks spotted at the Nordic Crowns Tavern.
The Land That Just Opened
The World of Frozen debuted on March 29 as one of the flagship experiences of Disney Adventure World, the reimagined version of what was formerly Walt Disney Studios Park. It opened alongside the Raiponce Tangled Spin attraction, the Disney Cascade of Lights nighttime spectacular, and the Regal View Restaurant & Lounge character dining experience.
Future additions still in development for the second Disneyland Paris Resort theme park gate include a Lion King (1994) land with a log flume ride and Wilderness Explorers Sky Swings, an Up (2009)-inspired flying carousel set to open in 2027.
