Many guests were sad to hear that Fulton’s Crab House at Disney Springs would be closing as part of the renovations at Disney Springs. It was announced that the restaurant would be replaced with a new restaurant, Paddlefish. We have all been waiting for an announcement with the opening date and now it has been confirmed by Disney to be set for February 4th. They haven’t been any announcements yet as to when reservations will open, but we would expect that to be any time now.
