We are very excited to learn that Paddlefish, located in the Disney Springs area of Walt Disney World, will be hosting another dinner event. This event is a Lobster & Wine event, which will be held on the rooftop of the restaurant. The meal will consist of 4 courses, including dessert. It is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, April 25th and run from 7 PM through 9:30 PM. This event is only for adults who are least 21, so kiddos aren’t allowed at this one. We have all of the details on the menu for the courses below:

Mini Maine Lobster Roll

Lobster & chorico stuffed shrimp, blood orange hollandaise
Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc, Groth from Napa Valley, CA

Lobster and Sweet Corn Chowder

Scallop & corn bread stuffed lobster, cider braised veal cheeks, turnip puree
Pairing: Rioja, Tempranillo Triton from Spain
Dessert
Bread pudding, strawberry, rhubarb
Pairing: Sherry, Hidalgo Pedro Ximenez
The tickets for the meal will run at $90 per person. Each member of the party must have a ticket in order to attend. The tickets are already available for purchase on the Eventbrite website.
